2. Check your email
After purchasing, you'll receive and email with your access information. If you don't see an email, please check your spam folder.
In your purchase confirmation email, scroll down to find the "Download" button. This link to download your access information is valid for 30 days, however the access information itself is valid for a year after the episode is released. If you lose your information, send us an email and we'll be happy to help!

3. Save your access information
When you click the download button in your email (see above), a PDF document should open with a link and password to watch the episode you purchased. Save this document on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You can also print the document or simply write down the link and password.
4. Watch on our website
Follow the link you received, enter the password, and press "Play Video". We hope you can join us for a live "watch party chat" as each episode airs, but you can watch any time for a year after each episode is released, as many times as you like!
Please note that if you are watching the live release, but prefer not to see the chat, simply enter fullscreen mode using the button at the bottom right corner of the video.

Q. Why doesn't my purchase confirmation email look like the one above?
A. If you purchased access prior to August 26, your purchase confirmation email will look a bit different. It contained a PDF attachment with your access link and password that looks like this: (click image to enlarge)
Q. I purchased access, but why haven't I received a confirmation email?
A. If you haven't received an email by 15 minutes after purchasing, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, send us an email right away, and we'll be happy to help!
Q. I'm watching the live release, but why is my video quality poor?
A. If you're watching an episode as it's being released live and you experience poor or glitchy video quality, scroll down below the video and follow our Troubleshooting Tips!
Q. What happens if I've lost my access information?
A. If you can't find your confirmation email or PDF document with the access information, send us an email right away, and we'll be happy to help!
Q. I missed the live release! Can I still watch?
A. Yes! Once you've purchased access, each episode is available to watch any time, as many times as you like, for a year after it's released!
